Just wanted to share....last night while walking to my car at Allendale - after visiting a resident - Black Cab pulled up at the front door. The driver ( whom was dressed very nicely - shirt and tie ) jumped out, opened the back door and proceeded to help an elderly woman to the front door. He put his hand on her shoulder and gently guided her around the car and up the curb. It was nice to watch. Warmed my heart. Great company!
I have used this company almost everyday for the past four years or more and they are extremely professional, courteous and reliable. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone and have done so on numerous occasions. Excellent service!
We booked a car service for a Christmas party and had nothing but great and professional service. From the initial phone call obtaining a quote to setting up the reservation. Our driver , Nav, showed up on time and was also very professional. Our vehicle was in great shape, clean and had the feel of a limo service. The weather that night was not good, Nav was on time again to pick us up and got us home safely. I will definitely use AAA Black Cab again!
I have used the other taxi company for the longest time and mistakenly gotten into black cab. everything turned out for the best. such compassionate service provided by the cab driver who returned to get me when he realized was dropped off at the wrong stop, with no charge. truly grateful and a satisfied customer.

Love the service I've been getting from this company! The driver that always picks me up is so friendly and always takes me to work everyday and on time when I need. They are so reliable when your need a cab, no matter what time even if its 4-5am in the morning they are there within 5 -10 minutes no more. I would definitely recommend them 😊 !! Kesia Melgar

hese guys are my go to cabbie for trips to airport or as needed aroumd town. Dont consider anyone else. Very punctual and dependable. Cab's are clean and drivers friendly, especially waheed.
Ive always used black cab for all my transportation needs. There drivers go beyond what there suppose to and always go the extra mile. Ive set them up for daily transportation for my kids to and from school and there drivers treat my kids and give them service like my kids are adults and I have never seen a driver lower there standard just because they are dealimg with a kid as a parent it makes me really happy to see this everyday.
Nav, and his entire fleet of drivers are very prompt and courteous. By choice I use no other car service in Milton. When you deal with the best, there is no room for others. Until next time, Thanks guys!
Our driver Nav, was amazing, professional, accommodating and funny. The whole experience from ordering the ride to being dropped off was well organized and worry free. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I will certainly be calling them anytime that I need a cab.

I am writing this review today to express my satisfaction with the Milton black cab. I am absolutely delighted with the service this company provided. Not only did the cab driver arrive exactly on time, but he was courteous and amicable throughout the entire car ride. I got to the airport in no time, and there were no complications at all. Its very rare to find a clean cab however this one displayed what a cab should be like, both the exterior and interior of the cab were spotless. I will definitely be using this company again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for your service!

Last week I needed to go to the airport. I had booked a cab with Milton taxi. The service was dreadful, not only did they not have my booking correct but the person I was talking to on the phone with was rude and was acting like it was my fault. They told me they had sent the taxi and that I wasn't out on time and the driver decided to leave. I than decided to call Black Cab. The driver was quick to arrive and was very great, his car was clean and the service was impeccable. I was able to get to the airport on time, I will always call AAA Black Cab in the future.
